• The chart below will help you make sure you are scheduling a time where there is a room available, because it is kind of difficult to figure out from inside the MMS app.
  • My Music Staff is now the way to officially reserve a room at EMA or CMA so make sure you add your students in the app (or reserve a range of time using "Various Students" ).

EMA-CMA Booking Status (As of Saturday 04/09/2026)

  • The chart above shows available time slots for each studio
  • EMA is on the left, CMA is on the right
  • EMA capacity is 5 X's, CMA's capacity is currently 6 X's (x = students)
  • Example: 4 X's = 2 openings at CMA. 4x's = 1 opening at EMA
  • Max means rooms are fully booked and none are available
  • Band means there are other open rooms but it could get loud!
  • White space is wide open and bookable!
  • This chart is also available within MMS: Left menu- Online Resources- Shared Space: View Room Availability. You have a folder there if you ever want to post files for your students to access through their MMS portal.

  • Please enter any new students or reschedules directly in the MMS app. it has replaced google calendar as the way to book rooms at EMA-CMA.
  • MMS doesn't allow teachers to create new students so just text me first and last name of student and I will add them right away. You can then manage their schedules and info as normal.
  • When we send out a trial lesson form we will assign the student to you in MMS at the same time so you should always be able to find your student and schedule them
  • It's totally OK to add a student not assigned to you yet, If you don't see them on your list just choose "Various Students" as the student and put the name of the student in notes. Admin will assign that student to you asap.
  • You enter a student's instrument in the field called "Category" in the student form. You can also do it in the student's profile.
  • Searching on your name will show only your students.
  • You can also search on one location or another to make viewing easier
  • The easiest view on a phone is WEEK/LIST view.
